We are here to help you specially in these areas: Rentals in Estonia - complete post-rent service, e.g. solving inquiries from mailing of forgotten property over sending your invoice, explanation of items and verification of calculation accuracy to invoice & service complaints. Rentals abroad - we are prepared to: - Search out the invoice from abroad
- Explain items on invoice, optionally claim some items
- Find out the circumstances of the car rental and help to solve problems
- Search out documents regarding the damage
- Search out some other documents connected with the car rental
- Help to locate forgotten property
- Enter in contact with other Hertz representations, optionally with other establishments*
*)Hertz representation in the Estonia cannot lodge legal claim regarding the car rental out of the Estonia and also cannot deputize customer in possible dispute. We are doing our best to resolve all complaints immediately and with the minimum of inconvenience to you. You can be assured that we will attend to your comment or complaint immediately. When we cannot resolve it in 5 working days, we will keep you informed of progress and reasons of delay. In case of complaints regarding the car rental abroad, please be patient and reckon with some delay as we have to contact directly Customer Relations Departments and ask for help and solution. Term for reply is 10 working days (with respect to national holidays). Car rental may be disputed 6 months after car return at the latest.
